My professional journey of more than 30 years across food, dairy and nutrition manufacturing has taught me that good nutrition depends on more than the availability of product. It also depends on the right technology, affordable production, reliable quality, suitable raw materials and strong local capabilities.
Over 17 years of my work has focused on specialised nutrition manufacturing, including RUTF, RUSF, LNS and other nutrient-dense foods. Through my experience in manufacturing operations, project development, feasibility studies and international assignments, I have seen how important right technical decisions are to building sustainable food and nutrition businesses.
These experiences encouraged me to establish NutriWin Food & Nutrition as an independent technical consulting practice. My aim is to bring practical industry experience to projects that need honest technical assessment, cost-effective solutions and a clear understanding of what is feasible, not simply what is possible on paper.
I believe a stronger global food system must combine better nutrition with sustainable local production. Countries and communities should be able to develop appropriate food manufacturing capabilities using suitable local ingredients, technology and skills wherever feasible.
Through NutriWin, we want to support practical, cost-effective solutions that strengthen local businesses and supply chains, reduce avoidable project risks and help make nutritious foods more accessible.

I believe experience becomes more valuable when it is shared.
Alongside my consulting work, I mentor students exploring career opportunities and support young start-ups as they develop their ideas and businesses. Through initiatives, we aim to help emerging talent build practical skills, gain confidence and contribute to their communities.
For me, success is not measured only by projects completed or businesses developed. It is also about helping people make better decisions, building local capabilities and contributing to a more sustainable and nutrition-conscious future.
My guiding principle: The right decision comes before the next project. Better production, better nutrition and better opportunities should go hand in hand.
